In this year The CBSE examinations were conducted from March 1 to April 22 this year. More than 10 lakh candidates had registered for class 12 exams this year, the Indian Express reported.
Students can download the mark sheets available on the CBSE website for further reference, but they will have to collect the physical copy sent by the board from their respective schools.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to make the official announcement soon regarding the result declaration. There was widespread fear that the results will be delayed, but now it transpires that the authorities are in a big rush to make the declaration a week before the expected time.
Last year, India recorded a total pass percentage of 82 and the girls fared better that boys. Passing ratio of girls was 87.57 percent, while that for boys was 77.77 percent.
