1. Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil/Survey)
- DTE (Electrical): The bulk of the vacancies are in the Electrical wing.
- DTC (Civil): Significant openings for Civil engineering diploma holders.
- DTS (Survey): Specialized roles for Survey engineering.
2. Junior Officer Trainee (JOT)
- JOT (HR): Open for Graduates with BBA/BBM/BBS (60% marks).
- JOT (F&A): Open for candidates with Inter CA or Inter CMA qualifications.
3. Junior Technician Trainee (JTT)
- JTT (Survey): Requires a Full-Time Regular Two Years ITI (Surveyor) qualification.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years.
- Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC(NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, and up to 15 years for PwBD.
- Educational Requirement:
- Diploma Trainee: 3-year full-time regular Diploma with minimum 70% marks.
- Junior Officer Trainee: Graduate Degree (BBA/BBM/BBS) or Inter CA/CMA.
- Junior Technician: ITI (Surveyor).
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will undergo one year of training. Upon successful completion, they are absorbed into regular pay scales.
- During Training (Stipend): * DT/JOT: ₹24,000 + IDA + HRA.
- JTT: ₹21,000 + IDA + HRA.
- After Absorption (Annual CTC): Approximately ₹12.7 Lakhs for Diploma Trainee/Junior Officer levels at the S1 pay scale (₹25,000 – ₹1,17,500).
